I started Moose because I thought carpet cleaning could be done better. I wanted to build the kind of service business I’d hire myself: modern, easy to work with, clear about pricing, good at communicating, and serious about getting the home clean.
A quote shouldn’t turn into a sales pitch at your front door. That’s why normal stain treatment is part of the service—not a pile of little upgrades once I arrive.
